That message will show while you wait to be connected to a listener. There may have been a large number of requests at that point in time which will have resulted in the delay. Apologies for that.

You do have a few options while you wait. You can peruse the forums or join in the group support rooms while you wait. Once a listener becomes free to take your chat request, the chat window will open for you to chat 1-on-1 with a listener.
