Intense Profile Picture Struggles

For the past month, I've attempted the change my PP to a gif, but it never works as a gif. I've tried changing it to a .jpg file, but that still doesn't make it work. Any ideas? I use the website, by the way, if that makes any difference.

I am also having the same problem! There are two things you could do;
1) Submit a Support Ticket by clicking here.
2) Send our admins a email. Make sure to include the gif you want as your profile picture
