I see now that I am on leven 4. How many levels are their for members?

You can see it if you in the website choose the option "progress" and then "learn about levels"

There are two types of member levels, your Member Growth Path level (which is numbered, and is based on the steps you have completed in your Growth Path) and your Member level, which has a number and a name (e.g. Hopeful Heart 3), which is based on the Growth Points you have earned.
The Growth Path levels aren't limited (i.e. you could just keep going up forever) and the Member level is limited (see all the levels here).
