Looking for a Google Forms and Sheets expert!

Hello everyone! I am not very book smart when it comes to google sheets and forms. I am trying to get it to automatically format the responses to text wrapping, centered, and also like in the middle of the cell it is in from the form I have. Does anyone know how to do this or make this happen automatically when someone submits a response?

Thanks,

Dillion

PS: Feel free to PM me if you think you can walk me through it!

Click on one cell that is empty, apply the formatting you want, then hover over the little square in the bottom right and a cross will appear and then drag it over the cells you want automatically formatted and it should do format all those cells and add the format to responses automatically. :)

@SilentSerenityy is this when they are coming in, or already submitted?

@Dillion

Don't do what I told you if something has already been written in the cell, otherwise it'll copy what's been written and put it everywhere which you don't want.

For things already there, click on one cell, then drag down all the full cells you want to format, then make the changes and it'll format them all. Then in the empty areas you want the new submissions to be in, do what I said in the previous post and it will format all the empty cells and so new submissions should be automatically formatted.

@SilentSerenityy

New submissions aren't automatically formatted I believe, I've had this issue as well and it's a pain xD

@SilentSerenityy Can you PM me, because it isn't working on the new submission then they are submitted :-(

@Dillion

If that doesn't work, then I don't know what to suggest.

You should try conditional formatting, I'm quite sure it works (:

You can PM me if you want me to explain better!
