My profile says I have 16 reviews...but I cannot see what anyone has said about me. How do I look at past reviews / comments?
The sixteen reviews are the stars, done solely in stars.
Pretty much, giving a rating out of 5 for each category. You don't have any written reviews yet. When you do, they'll be posted on your profile.
Congrats on the 5/5 reviews, however, and thank you for being wonderful in our community!
It seems you have 16 star ratings. Those are different from written reviews. Some members only give listeners the rating, but do not leave a written review. If someone does, it willappear in your profile after being approved.
For the reviews nessessary to be varified: do they have to be the written reviews/comments, or the votes? Just curious. I have a number of star reviews, but none written as of yet.

The written ones are the reviews that are looked at first. :) Star ratings are automatic once the member or guest inputs their ratings.

Ratings (the star votes) are automatic but the written reviews are verified and approved by an ambassador before posting. Only good reviews are posted and those that provide feedback to help the listener grow turn into coaching moments/emails :)
hi! I can't openmy listener account but I haven't received any emails that my account was deactivated or informing me that I had violated any rules or whatever.What could possibly happenedand what can I do about this?

Please email community@7cups.com and include your previous listener name to see why you cannot access your account. If there is any error code or thing that pops up, please includethat as well.

Someone has written review. It has not appear on profile but Impact and also profile counter is still zero. How to repair? Thanks
