Member disappeared after I lost internet connection. What's going on?!

I lost connection to the internet for a good 10 minutes. Before then I was talking to a good friend on here who was on her member account and now afterwards, I can't find them in my 1-On-1 list or My Impact. I don't know what happened and I have no idea what's going on. I doubt I would have been blocked because we were getting along fine. So what's going on?? I'm quite concerned... This is the first time something like this has happened to me.
