Not being able to send messages on 7 cups etc.

I have a very annoying problem here on 7 cups. When I open my web browser (I use Safari mainly but I've also tried Google Chrome) and go to 7 cups, takes some minutes before I see my conversations on left where the list of conversations should be. Then the most annoying problem is that when I try to message a listener, I can type the message but then when I try to press enter key or click send button, the message won't send at all. On my phone this works well on both the app and the browser I use.

I reported this issue here on 7 cups and a bit later I was asked to check my browser's error console and report all the errors if I find any. The person who replied to the report thinks it might be a javascript issue of some sort. I know nothing about javascript so it doesn't help here. I luckily found the error console. There was an error: "SyntaxError: Unexpected end of script" and then there was also "socket.io.js:294" and when I clicked from somewhere there, it went to the javascript itself? I don't know but on left on the line where the issue is there is number 3532 and then there is packet.data = _reconstructPacket(packet.data); and on right there is "Unexpected end of script"

I have no idea what I should do (or if I can do anything by myself) and I really don't know anything about javascript seriously. I have tried deleting my browser's history but didn't help and I have reported those things to 7 cups as well but haven't got any reply. I hope someone here can help with solving the issue! I use 7 cups sometimes even daily and I have some long term listeners - using phone for long term chatting is quite annoying even it's better than nothing!
