Not sure where to post this request :)

Whilst in a 1on1 chat last night, I noticed the lack of a feature that would be awesome to have! This would allow the listener to quickly and easily schedule another chat with a member via a little button down there the End Chat/Block User buttons are!

A few other features that would be handy would be "Canned Responses" and "Whilst I Am Away" messages - These should be able to be customized by the listener and would be useful for things like Welcoming people into the chat, and asking for feedback at the end. The "Whilst I Am Away" messages would be something like an auto-response feature to let the the member know that you are not ignoring them, you are just not online/available at the moment and will respond to them as soon as you get back online on 7 Cups.

ANOTHER idea would be for a little Green/Orange/Red icon switcher that would allow you to know if a user is still online (green), is online but doesn't have the chat window active (orange) or offline (Red).

Furthermore to these ideas, another one would be a "Read" feature, letting BOTH parties know when a message has been read (Like Facebook if you would). This would go hand in hand with the Availability Icons and make it easier to know if the other person is still actively involved in the conversation or has gone AFK/Offline!

I am sure I will come up with a lot more ideas over the next few days, but for now I would love some feedback on these and wondered if the devs would like to get their coding hats on and include any of them! :D
