PM's not working?
Hey, I'm just a little confused atm.. I tried to connect with a listener earlier but the site wouldn't let me? A message showed on my screen saying: Users can only send 5 offline messages per day.. But the listener I tried to connect with was online? I was told to tag someone in here but idk if it'll work but.. @heather
@Anna2005 - Is this a listener you'd spoken to previously or a new connection? Had they accepted a chat request from you?
@heather it was a new connection but now the site isn't even letting me send a message to listeners I've talked to before?
And no.. It didn't even process my chat request
I too am having similar issues. I can still send messages but am unable to connect via the find listeners button.
I'm having the same problem...
The problem I have is actually getting a listener. I can browse and stuff but when I click chat or chat now it says that my request couldn't be accepted with a code of error...
Yeah, i can't message any one back neither, wont even let mevread my messages, i'm a listener so i dont want to lose contact with any people i've helped, i had to many messages, tried deleting them and refreshing and logging out but nothing is working it's really an annoyance
