Question about the chat buttons

Hey friends, I have a question.

In the chat window, there's a button on the left that reads "Click here when done chatting". But also on the top, there's a button with the symbol of on/off, that also closes the chat. My question is, is there any difference between them? Which one should I use?

I ask it because every time I finish a chat, I'm concerned about the other person having their window abruptly closed because of me or something like that, haha. I don't want to be rude, so hopefully you can help me. :)

I don't use either, I just say goodbye or see ya or something and close the tab or turn off the device. Don't worry about it

Thanks!

However I like to know how the things I use function :) so maybe someone can guide me.

Anyone?

@MyNameIsE Hi, the power button functions to end the live chat when you click on it. The member/guests will receive a feedback form when you click the power button. I don't think it's rude, if you let the member/guests know that you're about to end the live chat, and you'll also receive a feedback from them by clicking the power button. Hope this helps :)
