how is a person like this praised or a ambassador????? he wont leave me alone! I have reported but nothing gets done. I will never know in whom to trust here

I do think this is concerning, and I'm sorry you've been dealing with this. I would suggest PMing someone about this.

You can also block someone from contacting you via 1-1s. Use the button with the x on it in the 1-1 window to do this.
