If I remember correctly, eventually listeners will be able to exchange the coins for gifts or rewards. I don't know when that will happen.

How we are going to know when this offer comes up? Its only mentioned that soon there will be offers.
They've switched to a subscription system so they might start following through on redeeming the coins for things.
