When reviews aren't anonymous
When hovering over the start to rate/review a listener it says:
Leave An Anonymous Review
The information with the review box says:
Your username will not be associated with the review
Sometimes though, a listener knows who has left them a review, especially if they haven't had a chat with other members in a while. Are listeners informed though that these reviews are meant to be anonymous? Are they told not to discuss it with members?
LIsteners will sometimes contact members about the review. I think this feels a bit awkward, unless I have specifically told them I reviewed them. It's a very uncomfortable situation if the listener complains about a negative review or defends how they handled the chat.
@AffyAvo if listeners do that that would be a very unprofessional way to handle negative feedback.
If they want to complain about feedback they can contact the admins of 7cups.
@kindSoul10 I agree. Some listeners need this to be explicitly stated though and I wonder if this has been done.
