deactivating old member account

When a member deactivates their account, will the messages they've deleted to listeners be erased to? or can the listener see it .
and how long till an account it permantely deleted??

My understanding is that if an account is deactivated it still exists, but no one can see it. In other words, your listeners cannot see your profile, old conversations, etc., but if you were to reactivate your account, they would still be there. I think there may be a way to permanently delete an account, which would require reaching out to community@7cups.com, but if the concern is solely around people being able to see your account and messages, then deactivating takes care of that
