is there some way that when i get a new lisoner i can alweys get a women

When you ask to be connected to a listener, your request goes out to all online listeners. Anyone can accept your request. That means either a male or female listener can accept your request. This is what we call a general request.
If you wish to speak to a female listener you will need to click on the Browse listeners tab, which is located at the top of the page. This will give you a list of listeners you can talk to. You can have a look at there profiles, and when you find a listener you like, you can send them a message and ask to talk. This is known as a personal request.
