Whats the point of this post?

Jealousy is a tough emotion to explore. Often, we might deny that we’ve ever experienced it. Do we find it easy to genuinely cheer others on when they succeed? Or do we feel a secret sense of satisfaction when they stumble?

Is our instinct more competitive or cooperative?

Take the time to explore these feelings in your own way—honestly, and without judgment. Approach yourself with kindness, accountability, and responsibility, and use this understanding to move forward positively.

I hope you enjoy this reflective exercise and do comment and let me know how you found it if so.

    Have a grand day! :D
