Not feeling like doing anything

Even studying, watching a video, or just talking to friends feels exhausting. I feel incredibly guilty about this, because even though I know how to fix it, just thinking about carving out time for each one of them depresses me. When I see how other people make studying a routine, act like 'normal' people, or live their youth happily and peacefully, I feel helpless in that moment. Why am I like this? I just can't understand.

@ColaKobi Hi,thank you for sharing this! It's not your fault. It can be immensely exhausting to constantly feel guilt and wish you could be "normal" or do more. I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this

And it's true, carving time for activities can be really tough. Whether it's studying, watching videos,or talking to friends,it still requires energy...

Knowing the solutions doesn't mean you aren't trying already. Sometimes we know the answers, but don't know the path to them,or simply don't have any energy left. But It's completely human to feel upset because you aren't doing what you wish you were. I admire you for trying,it can take so much effort. Take your time < 3

What makes you feel the most guilty about this?

I feel the most guilty even though I have the time to do something, I don't do it and it makes me feel bad. Especially, I can't understand this: I really don't know if I'm lazy or if I've lost my self-esteem, and I'm still not sure. I just can't start what I want to. I want to take my time, but there are only 1-2 weeks left for the exams and I'm already drained and feel frustrated because of stress... Still, thank you, what you said relieved me a bit.
