Umm I think it might be therapy so that I can reprocess old memories so they don't haunt me anymore. And that I can learn to manage my overthinking

Grey. Dull, plain, boring, not in the mood to do anything, but not black yet. Still working without motivation

How some old songs still make me feel hyped up and excited all over again (eg Heaven's door Eric Nam). A temporary escape from the numbness

My breathing gets out of control, heart starts racing. Mind is numbed all of a sudden. Lack of all motivation. Sometimes I lose the ability to think clearly. Sometimes I feel like wanting to sh
