Umm I think it might be therapy so that I can reprocess old memories so they don't haunt me anymore. And that I can learn to manage my overthinking

Grey. Dull, plain, boring, not in the mood to do anything, but not black yet. Still working without motivation

It's incredible how much it can help, and how it can make us feel okay, even if it's for just a little while! I understand and hear that things have been incredibly tough lately.
