I've struggled with self harm for many, many years now.
-What's a concern of yours today?
I'm worried about my changing state of mind, and how it's been harder lately.
-What do you like best, these days?
I like the outdoors. The sunlight and air.
-What's something new you'd like to learn?
How to react on the really bad days. When to get more serious help.

Thank you tons, for checking in with us. I appreciate it so very much! It's really hard to be struggling with something this tough for so many years. Being caught in the cycle of harming yourself, trying to stop, relapsing, and just going in circles. It's a really hard fight. I'm so proud of you for being here, even if you're not actively trying to stop. Seeking a community that you can relate to, and taking the time to type responses and all of that. That's super awesome. And it's perfectly understandable that you're worried about your state of mind. How it is in your head, and how you're coping with days so far. That's perfectly fair and valid. *send tons of support your way* How has the past few days been for you? Also, outdoors! It's beautiful. I can see why you'd find value in being outside, feeling that sunlight, breathing in that crisp air. It's a truly amazing feeling! I'm happy you've found something that brings you a bit of peace :) I really hope that you get all that you want soon. Learning to adapt on your bad days, and knowing when you need help, and reaching out for it. These responses are amazing. Wishing you all the best!
