How are you feeling today? Is there anything you would like to share? <3
Kind of on edge but blocking everything out so I don't spiral. I'll be okay today.
What is one thing that has changed/you have changed recently?
My clothes. Honestly, pretty much the same old, same old here.
What is one way you like to cope with change?
Thinking about it a lot. Weigh the pros and cons, relate how it will work in my current and future situations.

I am feeling numb today. I recently had to deal with fighting and arguing at my house.
I recently changed myself by trying to receive help for my mental health and for selfharm.
One way I cope with change is by talking to the person about it.

I'm feeling alright today. This week has been horribly hard, but I've gotten through it.
One thing that's changed recently is I'm now getting group therapy. That's been really helpful for me, though it only lasts six weeks, so I'm not sure how I'll be when it ends.
I try to allow myself time to grieve and/or accept the change.
