Any recommendations for tracking apps?
Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum/community, and I joined because this summer I had a relapse in my SH recovery journey after months and months (and maybe even years) of being in control. This relapse started to affect major parts of my life, not letting me lead even the most basic version of the lifestyle I aim to lead.
So, since it's time to make some extra measures (I'm in the process of seeking professional help, as well), I wanted to try something I've never tried before - tracking apps. I was avoiding them because I was delusional about my progress, which I realize now.
And that's what nudged me to reach out here for the first time: Do you have any recommendations for tracking "SH free" days/timeline apps or/and programs?
Thank you all for reading and providing this (safe) space🫂
@asjafocus
Thank you for your bravery to continue to fight and search for resources for your well being. I haven't personally used this app, but I have heard of "HarmLess" as a tracker for harm, ideation, and helping with managing urges.
Sending you lots of love as you continue to show up with gentleness and care for yourself 💗
@asjafocus oh I know this is an old post, but I have IAmSober, its an amazing tracking app, and its free
