I relapsed after 75 days
I’m in a *** server, and yesterday I discovered there was a sh channel. I went to it cause I was curious. It triggered me a bit, and I relapsed that night. I could’ve easily avoided it by just not looking at that channel or not giving into the urge in the first place, but I didn’t. I don’t know why I thought I’d be clean longer
@lovingCranberry7956 It might not feel like it but you did really well staying clean for so long. Every day is an uphill battle, I've been through it too and relapses happen to the best of us. Try not to lose faith in yourself, you are stronger than you believe. If you ever need to talk I'm here for you. 😊

Its ok you tried to stop yourself its okay to fall back but then get back up again too. You have learnt from your mistake and you are trying to be better still now, that commendable. I am proud and happy for you to be caring for yourself and not giving up. You are strong and brave, and you must believe this : you will be clean for a much longer time now, and you will hold yourself from falling back again.
You are ok, and this is ok. Take care and dont blame yourself anymore, you deserve to be kind towards yourself and you deserve love too from yourself.🫂
