Staying clean
(Tw?)
So I've struggled with self-harm for about 5 years now. I was always on and off with staying clean because of past toxic relationships which led to relapse. I had started this because I've struggled a lot with my mental health and needed a way to cope. I'm not proud of it but I've always been open about my past because it's what's made me, me. I'm currently gonna be 3 weeks clean now from my self-harm addiction which I'm really proud of. The thing is I always have the voice in my head trying to make me relapse again. I will admit I did "enjoy" it as I was an addict to it and felt it was the only way to feel better. Now being in a healthy relationship, surrounded by people who support and help me, I want to make sure I stay clean for them and myself. It's hard though and I want to know if anyone has any advice on staying clean. All advice is welcome<3

I think you are already doing it! Getting away from what's unhealthy for you and finding good support are two really important actions towards staying clean. You got this!
