The mix of emotions is pretty understandable, somehow despite all the efforts and patience, the fear seeps in and makes us feel overwhelmed. I am super proud of you for holding it this far and so strongly also. Super okay to take a moment to pause and remind yourself that your trying your best every single day and it is certainly something to be proud about. 💛
