It does cross my mind
It has been so long I don’t even remember the last time. But I won’t lie, sometimes it does cross my mind. Especially nowadays because I feel like I have no one to talk to about things that bother me:
I can’t talk to him because he doesn’t care.
I have been writing in a journal but sometimes that feels like just screaming into the wind. Nothing is ever resolved from it, just a temporary release until the next time I’m feeling down.
it just sucks because I feel so stuck and unhappy and I don’t feel like im allowed to feel that way.

It is okay to feel that way. All emotions are more than valid. Give yourself space to process all of them. 💜
@fisharefriends1,
I understand what you feel. I hear you. Many of us hear about people stopping or starting or relapsing. Not many hear or talk about how much concerning it is to restrain ourselves. It exhausting to keep all thoughts bottled in oneself. Its a disheartening feeling to get an impression that you don't have anyone to talk to. It hurts. I can understand why thoughts about self have have crossed your mind more frequently than ever these days. Had I been in your shoes, i would have felt the same.
Keeping journals helps to understand our thoughts. Sometimes writing our views thoughts and feelings out helps us to make more sense of it. It's easier to get a better perspective of the situation. However journals by itself doesn't make considerable change in the situation most of the time. It's frustrating. It's annoying to see the problem right in front of you and yet have no idea how to get through it. I get an impression that you are going through some rough days . Its not pleasant to feel stuck, especially if you are unhappy. How have you been taking care of yourself? Just know that support is always available. You are always and obviously welcome to go for it. But also know that you don't have to do it now. You can do it as much as eventually as you want to . Just know that you can take things to a better spot. You have got this . You have options. Simply remembering those facts makes struggle more bearable
