I am growing, learning, and improving how I relate to others, pretty well I think. It is a roller coaster but overall my abilities have improved so much over the decades, and that has been due to hard work and practise.
I think I criticise myself more than compliment, so am happy for this opportunity. 
You are very organized, you always try to be considered to make others feel comfortable and you have a great music taste.
Not too good with compliments but I'm a hard worker
