7cups app - have you noticed the profiles

I was on the app earlier today when I noticed that the profiles are wonky! What I mean is that if you click on a listener on the app, their profile won't show at all. You see the white thing that tends to show up when someone is deactivated but this person is not and not every listener is, but then with member bios, their profiles pop up on the app, but none of them have their display picture.

What's going on? This is very bad for it to be happening on the app, mostly bad for listeners because to PM someone in the listener support room or even for members wanting to PM listeners, how will they be able to if they can't get to the message button?
