A Chat Glitch

I'm not sure if this is the right way to report a glitch.. but I'm not sure who else or where else to send them.
It seems that a few different members that I've been chatting with haven't been able to see my messages. As well sometimes I don't see messages from members until i've refreshed several times.
I just wanted to let you know about this kind of irritating glitch :)

do you know how long this has been going on and what devices or browsers you or the other folks are using when this happens?
for example:
- We just detected an obscure problems sometimes affecting Firefox browsers, for example, but this could be something different.
- We also see that sometimes ad or script blockers on browsers give 7 Cups chat a problem
- Also, the Android app when in brackground shows the latest messages in the 1-1 listings but needs the chats to be closed and reopened to update.
It'd be good to know if this is any of the above cases or something else. thanks again!

Hello,
I face the same problem sometimes. I use safari on iPad. I can see the latest message, but it's not sent ( I am sure it's not sent ). Most members I talk to use chrome browsers, or the android app.

@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn I checked back with the member that was having the issues. They are using the iPhone app and Google Chrome.
