Contact information in profiles?
Our guidelines say:
Refrain from sharing personal contact information
including, but not limited to, social media accounts, home addresses, phone numbers, messaging apps/sites, or any other medium of contact off-site.
Is there an exception for "social soldiers"? If so, what can social soldiers do that the rest of us can't do?
When I see offsite contact information in someone's profile, how can I tell whether I should flag it or not?

Based on my understanding of the team and their guidelines, Social Soldiers create social media accounts using their 7cups email. The no offsite contact rule applies to them as well. They can use these accounts solely for spreading the word about 7 Cups.
You can flag when you spot:
a. Social media accounts involving specific usernames (Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook and Twitter)
b. Links to blogs and youtube channels as these usually have a space to leave comments
c. Phone numbers/Whatsapp information ("I am on Whatsapp" is different from "You can contact me on Whatsapp and here are my digits
_________"
d. A business or home address details.
OK, that makes sense.
You kind of guessed my next question, which is when a profile says "You can contact me on Tumblr" with no more information, but the 7 Cups username also happens to be a Tumblr account name. I haven't been following these up, but I suppose just mentioning Tumblr in that way is inviting offsite contact, really.
(As it happens, your 7 Cups screen name is a Tumblr account name, but of course I understand that that is perfectly harmless 
)

You are right. It sounds like an invite. I would send them a PM to ask them to exclude it, only so that it doesn't suggest others that they are available for offsite contact.

@RarelyCharlie if you're using the flagging system rather than messaging people personally then yes if you see contact information in a profile you should flag it.
social soldiers goes the other way--they use a cuppies-only social media account to share info about cuppies. there is no need to link to that account from their cuppies account.
Please do flag them if they mention their social soldier's account in their profile. As one of the team leaders of the Social Soldiers, we're not encouraging their social media accounts to be mentioned in their bio. In no way we did mention it in our Guidelines and Manuals that they should link their accounts to their bios.

Please also reach out to me (for twitter), @Yendi (for tumblr), @ArwaS (for overall team concerns) or to @Kate if you encounter improper utilization of their social soldiers account. We're trying to still establish safety and avoid offsite contacts to happen. And social soldiers account should only be exclusive to spreading the words or 7cups and shouldn't be a way for 7cups users to interact with other 7cups users off the site.
