Get help to others and inspire us all!
There are many many people in this world who are hurting, who are lonely, and who are in need of some love and kindness. However, many of them silently struggle, why? Because they don't know about resources they can use for support.
A great way to help others is to get the right help to them at the right time. At 7 Cups, we as a kind and caring community are touching thousands of lives everyday and are striving to do more.
We are the unique community that helps, gets helped, and also makes sure help reaches others. As a part of this philosophy I want to share something worth thinking about with you -
"In this world of billions, no one should feel unheard and lonely!"
In order to get help to others, lets spread the word. There are many ways of doing that depending on your comfort zone.
1- Online - tweet, post, share about 7 Cups, invite those who are hurting to seek help. Inspire those who don't know to let go of stigma
2- Offline - use flyers, posters, notes to tell people about 7 Cups. You can reach out in libraries, community centers, mental health centers, even post a flyer on a pole on your street! Someone in need will see it and reach out.
3- Tell your friends - see someone hurting? Encourage them to seek help, to reach out. Tell your friends to tell their friends the same if they see someone hurting
4- Post here! - tell us what you did and share your creative ideas so we can all learn and do the same.
Can't wait to hear some new and innovative ideas. The key points are -
a- Spread the word when you can and however you are able to
b- Encourage and inspire to reach out and leave the stigma
c- Post here so we can all learn, follow, and get inspired

If you go to college/university, you should post your referral link to the school's official facebook page (if you have one) or put flyers around the campus! College-age people generally need this kind of support the most. And if you're an intern, like me, you will most likely get your 70 referral clicks just from this :)
Hi! I've recommended 7Cups more than a few times to friends working through disabilities even cancer. Now that they are trying to re open the disability room I'd like to become a moderator for the Disability chat room! That way I can honestly say I did my best! I gave back to 7Cups. How do I become a moderator???

@twish Are there marketing materials online that 7 cups of tea would like us to use to for flyers, posters, or brochures? Or are we free to make our own and distribute to spread the word?
@chasingchaos Either. You can use the flyer on the 7 Cups site (it will be updated soon though) or make anything creative you like. If you want you can share it with us here and many of us will be happy to use them 
@Twish Im keen to post up some flyers also at my daughters school, local library, where I take my children for swimming lessons and at my university. Just wondering where is the flyer located in the website as I could not find it ? Thanks
