Idea for 7 cups of tea to concider.
Hello, At the moment members and guests can have live chats with listeners, but not everyone feels up to talking to someone about the issues live. So i thought we could have an email service. Were the guest of listener can send us an email on 7 cups of tea about there issues. This way they can take there time to write down how they feel and make sure they have included everything they want in it. It can be really nerverackingfor people to talk about there problems to someone over a live chat so using a 7 cups of tea email service might make it easier forpeople to talk about there issues.
This is an interesting idea! I think that we would run into the offsite contact problem though, especially as we cannot email each other as it currently stands; regardless if it's 7 Cups emails. However, members always have the option to leave offline messages and chat that way. The forum is also a great way to get support without a live conversation. As for guests, there's not as much for them to do so they can have a non-live conversation. They can always start chatting with an online listener and ask that listener if they can send offline messages at another time to receive support from them.
