New Member of the 7 Cups Admin Team! Say Hello to Xian!

Hello Wonderful Community!

I am really excited to introduce you to a new member of our admin team, Xian. Xian will be working with us as the Head of Product. A product manager is a special role at any organization. He will be charged with the development and prioritization of site features, keeping in mind how each impacts every element of the organization and its mission. An important part of hismjob is to help improve the overall experience and grow the community without losing what is great and special about it.

Prior to joining our team, Xian ran messaging products at AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) and was the Director of Product at CloudOn. He is the author of "The Power of Many" and co-author of "Designing Social Interfaces."

Aside from his impressive professional background, Xian is a firm believer in the 7 Cups mission. He is curious and interested to learn more about all of you and the work of our incredible community! Please join me in welcoming him to our 7 Cups family!
