Open Discussion: Trolling + Cool Video!

So, I found this incredibly powerful video about trolling, and wanted to share it with our community. As you may have noticed, we have our fair share of trolling on 7 Cups - I thought it might be interesting to have an open discussion on this topic. I'm keen to hear what others think of the video.
