Respecting name changes

Name changes happen for many reasons and most of the time it's not meant to be known that the person had a name change and is only told to leaders of the team that that the listener tells! Whoever sometimes you might figure out that someone had a name change but this should be kept to yourself and not shared with anyone!

Let's look at some of the reasons why a fellow listener would get a name change!

On the name change form these are the 3 reasons why a fellow listener would get a name change:

1. Stalking, harassing, or bullying issue
2. Username allows users to find you offsite
3. Gender transition

With all of these reasons it's an important things to remember that they are having a name change for safety or if it's gender related it could be done for comfortability! These reasons are why we need to respect name changes and keep that information confidential!
