Unable to change my profile picture?

Every time I try to put a new picture it just shows it as white. I tried both from the app and browser, even deactivating and reactivating my account. Is it a global issue?

@persistentSpring5795 I've been seeing a lot of missing profile pictures, so I think it must be an issue that affects everyone.
I notice the problem is caused by an Access Denied error, not a picture that appears white.
You can report bugs here: Submit a request (but I think this one has almost certainly been reported already).
