We are one

Hi everyone!

I wanted to make this thread because I am unhappy at how people bring 7cups down. There has been a few things happening since last year and I honestly can not believe people will bring down 7cups and show no respect to choices being made.

To be honest when a change took place in one of my team's it really upset me as I worked hard on it. Even though I was upset I didn't go beinging 7cups down infact I was very open with how I felt with my leaders. I am always open with them and they always are patient with me. There are things I do get about about and what's worse is I do have BPD and so I get more upset ! But I have never once gone bringing down 7cups.

7cups has become a home for me and I honestly hate people who enter the rooms or forums and then cause a stir. If you have a complaint then take it up with leadership or with the person. I have made mistakes too but I am learning to other go to my leaders or to the person if I feel I can talk with them without my BPD coming out. The truth is I do have BPD and I honestly have strong emotions. However 7cups has been a key role in helping me with this. You can view part of my journey here

Therefore it is important for me to make sure there is safety in the rooms and forums. I do my best to make sure there no conflict and if there is I report it or try manger it.

I was told by someone after a change upset me that we are all one and that really stood for me. We are all working together. I do get upset when @kate gets treated with disrespect or any leaders for the choices they have announced. I think it's unfair to think they are the ones who makes choices when it's a hole team and feed back that makes the choices.

We should respect our leaders.

This is how I feel . I truly believe when a member comes online wanting help that they should enter a place of love and respect and I know we live in a broken world but we need to not provoke a cause of unsafe in our community.

There is definitely times I get hurt here but it's not 7cups it's the people which is why it's important to work together and share our feelings. But in a respectful way. I hope that you will understand that 7cups is a home for me and many and we come here to get away from our own hurtful lives to get help and love, belonging. We need to at least try show this. ❤️
