Fixing the bugs on group chats.
I usually use the mobile app. But I noticed how slow the mobile app is. I have to reopen it every time I wanna send a message because it lags so badly. I don’t know why I’m just getting kinda annoyed about it because I wanna get help or help someone but can’t because of how slow the mobile app is. The website isn’t nearly as laggy. Let’s not even get close to talking about forums..
Please fix the issues…

Aw yes the app is definitely quite laggy, I've not used it in forever because of the same reason. Very valid to feel frustrated when it's laggy and you're trying to seek support. :(
Just good to have for the notifications, sometimes, when they work fine.
I do see it's often updated mentioning "bugs squashed" though so I was feeling a little hopeful hehe. Did you try updating it already? :0
I find the website on mobile browser rather convenient. It's definitely betterrr and doesn't test your patience as much lol.

I think it was just a safari related issue cause It works on Chrome
