3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
3 Things I did today:
1) Walked 2 miles to enjoy outside time and get coffee from a local shop (while practicing social distancing)... and talked to grandma on phone- This made my day
2) Designed a new marketing campaign for work that I'm really proud of.
3) Worked through some thoughts and emotions about a recent breakup and I feel some progress in peace and confidence
1. I drove safely from Virginia to north carolina
2. I taught an online yoga and meditation session
3. I read 2 books!
-went surfing
-made healthy ground turkey , spinach and carrot marinara sauce
-took oregano oil pill and cats claw pill for immune system and drank lots of water
Cleaned my house
Left my house to pick up package
