3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
I woke up, prayed in the shower, ate breakfast.

I signed up for 7cups to try and make changes and start feeling better.
I took a walk.
I made plans with friends that I hope to follow through on.

Walked dog
Squeezed limes

I finished a difficult day at work with a smile on my face.
I got out of bed this morning.
I hugged my dog and two cats as I csnt hug my family (nurse) for safety reasons.

I signed up to become a 7cups Listener. I'm an intentional peer counselor offline.
I talked with a friend outside in the sun & breeze, about 12 feet away. He sang.
I did my taxes and e-filed.
