be left over. do not let your position to modify you . be resolute, determined, just, be thinking really. believe in yourself 
Always be open to suggestions. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Being a leader doesn't mean you know everything, it means you are helping your team move a step forward to your goals.
Every day be thankful for your current situation as it could be a lot worse than this.
Keep on thanking God, surely changes things to the positive side.
This is practiced and proven.
Don't try and follow the crowd. Don't feel bad for not being able to either. Some of the greatest people to ever walk this earth were looked at by others as "weird" or even "crazy". If it feels right do it, the rest will follow.
Don't try to be a leader try to lead her (him) in the right way.
I guess it depends what kind of leader they wanna become, like in what field. I guess, listen to people, take in what they say. Sometimes all people need is for someone to listen. It goes a long way. Respect them. Be a genuine person and just be friendly towards people. Don't judge anyone for anything, allow everyone to feel like they're valid and what they say matters.
Be safe and don't give out information unless you actually know the person
Hi.
I have experienced several times that the listener "disappear" for several minutes when we talk. That confuses me.
I also experienced that the listener just disappeared for 9 days without saying goodbye.
Be kind even if he/she is not talking properly because we all know that when we are tensedn , we all sayd things which we sometimes don't really mean .
Always try to find something positive in every situation. 🌸
