I've been dealing with some things lately that frustrates and angers me. I don't have anyone to talk to really. And I was wondering, if 7cups has a community for anger issues or anger management. It seems to be a issue problem lately.

Hi--I went looking and wasn't able to find a subforum specifically for anger issues. The closest I've found is that there's a subforum for "Managing Emotions" within the "General Support" community and there seem to be some posts in there on anger:
