App errors
Hello,
I downloaded the app a few days ago and have noticed quite a few bugs. Unfortunately, there is no obvious bug report feature. If this exists please let me know.
Bugs:
- Unable to follow anyone
- Does not properly display features of listeners
- Cup 3 gets stuck in a loop which cannot be exited or passed.

That link can be found by clicking on Support & Feedback at the bottom right of most 7 Cups web pages, or in the menu that drops down when you click your own profile icon at the top right of any 7 Cups web page.
The app doesn't work for me at all, and it hasn't worked for years. (It doesn't let me log in.) I'm not sure that reporting bugs has any effect, but I suppose it's worth a try.

Hi, I wonder if there is a method to uninstall the "explore Accessibility" icon that has appeared on my desktop?
I dont want it and I cant find a way to uninstall it.

@oel I block audioeye.com using a privacy extension in my browser.
The extension I'm using at present is NoScript, but I'm thinking of changing it to something less aggressive.

@RustingStardust Yeah there is no report feature here (or not I am aware of). My settings constantly stay the same (and in Greek) despite the fact I change and save them every time I come on.
And one more thing (not technical exactly). Every time I chat with a listener I am asked to give a review when we've hardly had chance to say 'hello'. This is hardly fair on them. Has anyone else experienced this?

Being invited to review listeners too soon was widely reported and discussed long ago. The way it is seems to be the way that was eventually decided on. I don't know the thinking behind it. Maybe it's to encourage everyone to give a bad review to any listener who is unpleasant right from the start, but I really don't know.
