Avatar issue?

Not sure where to post this, but I'm having trouble setting my avatar. It says the filetype is not supported, but it's a .jpg under 5MB. Is there any other stipulation (size limits mainly) that I need to fix?
Any help appreciated! :)

Hmm...none that I know of, but you can submit a support ticket by going to Community -> Support & Feedback to get some help if it's still a struggle!
