Cannot log in to my member account anymore

Hi,
I have a listener and member account with the same log in details. How can i switch? When i log out and in again, i do not have the previous option of choosing between the two accounts. I'm logged in automatically as a listener but i need to access my chats as a member with other listeners.
Please help. Thank you

If you would like to access your member account immediately, you can change the password on your listener account to something else and then type in the old password when you log in. Since your member account will be the only one with that password, you should be able to access it.
