I doesn't appear, just that...
The blue bar of "Loading" just goes on... i can see the messages from the 1-1 chat but i can't write...

If this is ever happening, it's likely a bug and can be addressed by going to Community -> Support & Feedback to submit a support ticket with as much detail as possible so they can track down the bug!
