More limits and logs
Well something I've seen lately, is people refering others allot for no reason, so that should be limited and logged, and hearts should be limited and logged. Main reason is because a script like this could be altered for use of spammingh referals and another stuff.

Its a simple script, yet can lag the living heck out of the chatroom. What may seem harmless, really can be harmful.
Why would anyone do that, though? What's to be gained?

@RarelyCharlie I say it's just annoying, and I've seen allot of people do it and they think it's funny. It's pretty much like trolling the other members indirectly
@RarelyCharlie plus, think about it like this, it also poses a threat, like I said. You can seriously lag out the room with that script, if you had enough things running it at one time
