Motivation!

I had an idea or rather a suggestion for 7cups, if this could make it a better place. Itd be great if you could add a "motivator"'s badge for people, every time they say something positive and boost another's mood, or just generally, keep two three groups like " motivation doses " or something. We already have forums where people vent and listen and try to help but everyone venting together kinda makes the place negative and doesn't make em lil productive either. So if you could bring in this element of motivation it'd be helpful I feel :) please do put in your ideas.

@smilingshadow - I've moved your thread into the Suggestions forum, and would love to hear a bit more about what you envision - how is this badge earned? What types of things count as motivation for it? I think it could be a really cool idea!

@Anomalia thanks a bunch! I really appreciate your help. The motivation badge was my secondary objective actually, and as I thought it can be earned through positive encouragements, or by posting motivating quotes on other members feeds or listeners telling their ventors on private chats. My main idea was to introduce motivation as an exercise, as a method to help. Why? Because listening to the problem is a small part to solving it and comforting is another small part, but helping them out by motivating them through quotes, actions or therapy speeches will help. Group discussions under the heading "motivation "or something more attractive will help people get will power and courage. Also maybe another title like Motivators can be introduced like the way the title Listener is right now.
Please tell me your ideas, I'd be very happy to know :)
