Simplifying SC roles discussion
Hey Cuppers!
We've been reflecting on what pain points there are in the subcommunity leadership roles and organization. Currently we have a robust role system that has evolved into a lot of roles and levels! While we all may have been here for a while and understand how to grow from a room supporter to a STL or from a forum supporter to a CML. For a person new to the site it can be overwhelming, or they may not realize the opportunities.
We've also been thinking about all the teams with small teams or who are in-between leaders and the impact that has.
As a result we're wondering if simplifying the leadership structure of SCs would help us as a community have clearer SC volunteer opportunities and more efficient teams.
Please share your thoughts and ideas here to help us problem solve!

It just suddenly came to me, maybe it's not about simplifying roles, but about getting the information out there so that people know and understand the role structures more?
I know it confused me at first and that was before CCM and CML and STL or STM, RS, GM, FS, FM, FML, or CS, PS, and CRM adn I am sure I missed some lol)! The information is out there but you need to know where to find it, which gets me back to the 'New Listener Support Team' and the 'Welcome Email' and 'Welcome Messages'?
