Just got a few suggestions....
1) a topic option for abuse, such as emotional/verbal/physical/sexual. It can be a scary topic for members to talk about and I've found people will talk about something else before opening up, maybe a topic would help.
2) the app used to ask permission to leave the app before opening in browser. It now doesn't and I found it helpful before, don't know about anyone else.

Thank you for the ideas! In the browse listeners page, there are filters for what type of listeners support what topic. This is completely optional for the member to apply for their listener. I think bullying would be the broader term for physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. There's a category meant for sexual abuse, it's referred to as domestic violence and in general, for sexual health, there's that category as well. I do like how you'd like it to be more specific.
